In House versus Out Sourced Janitorial Services

Do you have high employee turnover or are you finding it difficult to hire good employees for facility maintenance and cleaning? Have you considered the pro’s and cons of hiring a professional company who provides consistent quality and provides everything so you can focus on what you do best, instead of constantly managing an in-house cleaner?

Cons of in-house cleaning:

• Training the cleaner and the stress of having to manage them.
• Payroll and additional paperwork taking time out of your busy day.
• Who covers them if they call in sick?
• You will have to cover equipment + ongoing supply costs.
• Takes a while to hire a decent cleaner, who may quit, leaving you to start back over hiring again.
• Additional payroll expenses (such as employee taxes, insurance, vacation, etc.).

Incentives of partnering with a professional company (like us):

• Since we are a minority owned business, you get a tax break for our services.
• All our staff is fully trained, and background checked.
• We provide proprietary software to all our clients for efficient services.
• We are bonded and insured.
• We supply and manage all janitorial inventory.
• We assign trained cleaners, supervisor, and an account manager for your facility.
• We customized cleaning schedule to fit your needs.

Top Benefits of Having Your Floors Professionally Cleaned

Good impressions are important, for clients, visitors and employees. Having clean floors shows you take pride in your company and in what you do. Clean floors should shine, are durable, smudge free, streak free, grease free, even dust free.

Dirty Floors can be a Safety Issue

• Clean floors not only look good but improve the safety of anyone who enters. If the floors are not properly maintained, dirt, grit, and grime can become a tripping hazard. Slips and falls can lead to injuries and expensive legal action.
• For carpeted areas: If floors are not cleaned daily, it poses a threat on air quality in the office. Dust accumulation threatens those with dust and pollen allergies. Allergens like to settle in carpeted areas and corners that get missed.
• High traffic areas can hold germs, which can lead to the spread of illnesses and diseases.

It’s smart to take care of high-cost items in your facility, such as flooring. Maintaining the carpet or hard surface floor will allow it to last longer and look better. Let us know how we can help get your floors clean.

Construction Worker has Temperature Checked

Personal Protective Equipment is Key for Construction Workers

In 2021, personal protective equipment cost have shoot up drastically. “Early research suggests that construction workers are five times more likely than the general public to contract COVID-19, adding to the list of risks that they take to provide an essential service in building new structures,” says Bigrentz blog in March.

Over the last 18 months we have provided numerous electrostatic spray foggings as well as deep cleans for local projects in an effort to reduce the dangers faced by construction workers due to COVID. Our staff has been trained in SARS-CoV-2/COVID 19 on the requirements and thorough cleaning practices through the GBAC (Global Biorisk Advisory Council).

Just like with any danger that construction workers face, the proper safety measures are key in helping to provide a high rate of safety. We have helped a lot of construction workers stay safe and we can help you! We can help keep workers onsite and production moving. Through our experienced process of trained workers, and hospital grade, EPA approved chemical products with the proper dwell time, we can keep your projects moving forward safely.

Clean and Sanitzie Desk Items

Is it important to have your office professionally cleaned?

Janitorial services used to be optional; however, with Covid-19 the shift has gone from being ‘clean’ to being ‘clean and safe’. A professional janitorial company, such as Almighty Cleaning, Inc., is trained on which areas are high traffic, which products kill viruses such as Covid-19, the flu and even the common cold, and how we use the products to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. The good news is you can have both a clean and safe facility, and we can help!

Can a clean environment help employee productivity?Clean and Sanitzie Desk Items

Yes! It has been found that you can actually boost productivity and reduce stress by adjusting your office hygiene. Whether it is the dreaded “C” word, the flu, or even the common cold, germs spread. Winter is quickly approaching and “sick days” will be used. However, by hiring a professional janitorial service you can keep those sick day request to a minimum.

Why hire professionals?

Regular cleaning of the main shared areas, such as bathrooms, break-rooms, and conference rooms, can help identify hidden hazards, like mold, mildew, and possibly even leaks that have been left unattended. Regular maintenance of an office is less expensive than replacing or repairing hard wood floors or carpets, and helps prevent the spread of germs and viruses like Covid-19, which has been an ongoing issue for the past 18 months.

Sounds obvious enough, but alongside traditional office cleaning, it’s a good idea to get the items on your desks regularly professionally cleaned. Most employees don’t think to clean these items on a regular basis, but it does help to protect themselves and others from the spread of germs and bacteria. Keeping your employees healthy and productive is in the best interest of every company, and a clean environment can lead to a more focused mental state for employees.

As an employer, it can be hard to find the balance between good service and adequate budget. Let’s face it, keeping up with office cleaning can be hard work. Almighty Cleaning, Inc. wants to help keep you and your staff safe and healthy.

Chrissy Anderson Almighty Cleaning

Almighty Cleaning from our own Mouths!

Meet Chrissy Anderson, co-owner of Almighty Cleaning. In this video Chrissy shares with you what Almighty Cleaning does (commercial janitorial and commercial construction cleaning) and why we do what we do.

Chrissy Anderson – Almighty Cleaning from HEB Chamber on Vimeo.

My name is Chrissy Anderson, and I’m the Vice President of Almighty Cleaning. We are a commercial janitorial company, we also do commercial construction cleanup, windows, floor work, and other building maintenance tasks. My Mom and I started the company about 15 years ago, we’ve enjoyed helping companies represent themselves with professionalism of a safe and clean environment for themselves, their employees, and their clients. Our heart has always be that whatever we do we do it heartily, as unto the Lord, so we focus on cleaning so our clients don’t have to. We’ve had the opportunity over the last year to help a lot of local businesses safely and comfortably come back to work. We offered free electro-static spray cleanings, or foggings, and we discounted our disinfectant cleanings so that our communities could get back to work, face to face, with peace of mind. In the process we’ve made a lot new friends from local businesses who referred us to the HEB Chamber. We are directly tied to our community, we live here, we work here, and we shop here. We hope to help as many businesses as we can return to work safely as soon as they’re ready. We can’t wait to meet more of our HEB neighbors and learn about the products and services they provide.

Presbyterian Night Shelter gets a Disinfectant Fogging

As a Christian based company we are committed to giving back to the community that surrounds our cleaning business. We believe in sharing our good fortune by using the cleaning resources we have available to help those less fortunate maintain a safe environment.

Recently we visited the Presbyterian Night Shelter in Fort Worth to perform a free disinfectant fogging of their wonderful facility. The Presbyterian Night Shelter has been providing housing solutions to the Tarrant County area since 1984. They provide immediate shelter for those without homes to sleep in and work towards finding permanent shelter to improve lives long term. Almighty Cleaning performed a disinfectant fogging throughout their entire facility in an effort to keep their residents safe from the corona virus.

Disinfectant fogging is a process that uses a machine to spray hospital grade disinfectant in a fine mist into the air. The mist settles on all available surfaces and interacts with the germs present to sanitize the area. Disinfectant fogging is a very powerful tool in the fight against the corona virus as it can reach surfaces that are otherwise difficult to touch.

Corona Virus Cleaning Suggestions

How can we help?

As your service for cleaning, we want to know how we can help you get through this time in the safest way for you and your staff. In the midst of so many taking advantage and capitalizing on the need for additional cleaning and disinfecting to kill the germs for the coronavirus, we want to let you know that our prices and our excellence for service have not changed.

We are happy to provide the routine cleaning services, as well as any additional cleaning your facility may need. Here are some of the services our clients have requested. Please let us know how we can help you and your staff stay safe.

  • Increase in Frequency of Routine Services: Increasing the frequency of cleaning can help to combat the germs at your facility.
  • Day Porter: Working while you work, the day porter, with hospital grade chemicals, disinfects your facility all or part of the day to stave off the germs of the virus that some may be carrying and not even know. A day porter spends their time wiping frequently touched items, such as bathroom handles, door knobs, light switches, counter tops etc.
  • Disinfectant Cleaning: Wiping all horizontal surfaces (frequently touched surfaces like the day porter) with hospital grade chemicals. These are being done about once a week in the evenings or weekends for most facilities that are currently operating at full or partial capacity.
  • Deep Cleaning: A deep cleaning means wiping every surface. That’s right, everything. Many companies are scheduling this now for the weekend before their offices anticipated reopening.
  • Fogging: This is a technique that requires a special machine to push out a mist of water and hospital grade disinfectant that touches every surface of your facility (this is safe for material and electronics). This is best done after hours and we feel is the most effective at killing germs. This is what the CDC has advised aircraft to do.
