I knew of Jesus, I talked with God, I made deals with Him, I even prayed (begged). Thinking all the time “I am a good person, I do good things, No problem… I’ll be going to heaven”. At a point in my life when I had hit lower then rock bottom, I tried to start reading the bible looking for help, but had a really hard time with “thee’s and thou’s”. Again I prayed (begged) for God to help me. I found a church and got that help. Someone told me that you can believe in God and do good works, but that will not get you in heaven. The bible says in John 14:6 that He (Jesus) is the way. Romans 10:9 says “if you declare with your mouth that “Jesus is Lord” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you will be saved.” So if you think the way I did and feel you want all that Jesus can give you please take a minute to say this prayer and ask Jesus into your heart. It’s your Choice; He (Jesus) didn’t make us robots.
Jesus, I have sinned, please forgive me. I want you to be Lord of my life. I want you to come and live in my heart.
